Join Women in Tech for a breakfast session at Nordea and discover how the Future Finance Professional (FFP) Programme can help you launch your career at Nordea, the leading financial services group in the Nordic region.

The FFP Programme at Nordea Markets, Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) is designed for students nearing graduation and recent graduates in Finland. Through the programme, you'll gain hands-on experience, professional development, coaching, and valuable networking opportunities while building your career at the intersection of finance and technology.

Meet the Speakers

Hilkka Hänninen, Analytics & AI Solutions

Hilkka Hänninen is a Data Scientist at Nordea since February 2025, with a background in engineering physics and mathematics from Aalto University. Her work today focuses on automation and AI development — linking data science with scalable, production-ready engineering solutions.

Jasmin Majander, LC&I Business Risk Management

Jasmin Majander is a Divisional Business Risk Manager for LC&I COO and LC&I Sustainability with more than nine years of experience at Nordea. She has a background in leadership, business transformation, and technology-enabled risk management, including leading the Business Control Solutions team and recruiting talent for both permanent roles and the Future Finance Professional Programme. Jasmin is passionate about promoting diversity, technology skills, and opportunities for women in finance and tech.
