Speakers
 Terhi Mäkelä, Director, Leadership & Culture
Terhi Mäkelä is responsible for global Leadership and Culture at KONE. She works closely with colleagues across the People and Communications functions, as well as with the business, to connect leadership and culture with everyday work, people processes, and practical ways of working.
 Terhi joined KONE two years ago after a 25+ year career as a management consultant. She worked extensively in international environments and led global consultant teams focusing on talent and organizational effectiveness. Her expertise includes culture and business transformations, leadership capability building, talent development, and strategy execution.
 As a mother of two daughters, Terhi is deeply passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. She strongly believes that inclusive leadership and strong cultures are essential not only for business success, but for building organizations where people can truly thrive.

Amy Chen, SVP, Chief Innovation Officer
With the purpose to shape the future of cities, Amy leads the company’s customer-centric innovation unit, focusing on consistently bringing new solutions to the market.
Prior to joining KONE, Amy has extensive experience in corporate and startup innovations, as founder of Car2Share and CEO of car2go China with Daimler (now Mercedes Benz), COO of Didi and Li Auto’s mobility EV joint venture, and as strategy head for Volkswagen China’s software and digital services arm (now CARIAD).
Amy’s other professional experience includes Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company in Germany, while she started her career with Motorola in the US.

Pauliina Hartikainen, Head of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Resilience
Pauliina leads Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Resilience at KONE, shaping the company’s global approach to cybersecurity governance, risk management, regulatory readiness, and organizational resilience. Her mission is to embed cybersecurity into everyday business and decision‑making, supporting both innovation and trust at scale.
Her global team covers governance frameworks, certifications and regulations, risk and crisis preparedness, and cybersecurity culture. A recent evolution of the organization has been strengthening local ownership while keeping a strong, unified global direction.
Pauliina joined KONE six years ago from consulting. Outside work, she is passionate about long‑distance running, often drawing parallels between resilience in personal and professional endeavours.

Jori Stjerna Director, Modernization Transformation & Growth
Jori leads the Modernization Transformation and Growth agenda in KONE’s Commercial and Operations-Unit. Before moving to the current role, he was responsible for developing several mid‑ to long‑term plans within KONE Technology and Innovation-Unit, including Product, Technology, IT, and Analytics strategies.
This year Jori has three main focus areas:
-Shaping the 2030 target state for Modernization and defining the roadmap to reach it
-Increasing execution speed from tender creation to handover
-Strengthening alignment between Global development and the business needs of the Areas
Before rejoining KONE, Jori worked as a business and technology strategy consultant, collaborating closely with the C‑suite of several international companies.
