In January 2019 she was elected Chair of the Board of Technology Industries of Finland, a lobbying organisation for technology industry companies.
She is a board member of the state owned company Solidium Oy and Chair of the Board of the Finnish Foundation for Technology Promotion, also Board member of Technology Academy Finland TAF, Board member of EVA and ETLA and partner in Boardman Oy.

Susanna is Research Manager at TEK (Academic Engineers & Architects in Finland). She is responsible for leading and managing TEK’s research activities and research team. Susanna has 20+ years of experience in conducting various kinds of quantitative and qualitative research projects. Prior to TEK, she worked for several years in market research and consulting company focusing on ICT. Susanna holds a Master of Social Science degree from the University of Helsinki.
Susanna is passionate about improving gender equality, diversity and inclusion in technology and technology workplaces. She has conducted studies on the topic at TEK and with co-operation partners such as universities. Susanna is currently completing her doctoral studies at Hanken School of Economics. Her dissertation focuses on understanding and explaining the gender gap in technology.
Marja Dunderfelt has over 20 years of experience in cyber security and information security management. Her work that includes over 10 year of management experience, has entailed problem solving, change management and seeking efficiency in the security area. Her work has regularly put her in charge of organizational changes and managing different situations (critical incidents and crisis) in multinational environments in the telecom and IT leasing sectors. Her areas of expertise are organizational culture, change management, administrative and operational simplicity, efficiency, leadership and employee development. Her educational background includes several studies in business, management, security management, information security management, legal studies. Her goal is to receive an eMBA.
