Yacine

Yacine Samb

As Google’s Product Marketing Manager for Northern Europe, Yacine has been with the global tech company for almost a decade. A career that has trained an analytical mindset, Yacine helps companies navigate and succeed in a constantly evolving digital landscape, through data-driven decisions. As an experienced practitioner of business organisational leadership, she supports leaders to harness the digital evolution through high-impact, cross-functional strategies.  

With roots in both Senegal and Finland, Yacine has lived and breathed the path of diversity. Currently, she holds the position as a Diversity Lead at Google, as well as an Advisor role at the non-profit organisation Ambitious Africa. In the past, she has been recognised, not only for her female leadership by the Finnish Chamber of Commerce but also on the cover of the business periodical, Talouselämä, bringing to light the need for greater workplace inclusivity. 

Yacine exercises her passionate belief in the value of diversity by championing the connections to an organisation’s long-term, financial success. Yacine is an advocate for entrepreneurial projects that drive the democratisation of technology and innovation. She leverages her public speaking and media influence to create solutions for building stronger and more productive economies. Yacine holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University, which has refined her geopolitical and macro-economic understanding of how to effect sustainable change to our societies.

Monika Liikamaa is the Co-Founder of Nordic payment service provider Enfuce.

Monika’s visionary thinking and her over 20 years of experience in the fast-paced payment industry, has enabled Enfuce to integrate services for its customers in record time. Building sustainable solutions is a core value of the company and this is made possible thanks to Monika’s wide knowledge of the industry. Monika believes wholeheartedly that a business is nothing without a great team of people, and that’s why she has joined forces with industry experts as co-founders and employees.

Marjo Miettinen

Marjo Miettinen, PhD, is one of the owners and Chair of Ensto Group. Ensto, is an international technology company, a family business, founded in 1958. 

In January 2019 she was elected Chair of the Board of Technology Industries of Finland, a lobbying organisation for technology industry companies. 

She is a board member of the state owned company Solidium Oy and Chair of the Board of the Finnish Foundation for Technology Promotion, also Board member of Technology Academy Finland TAF, Board member of EVA and ETLA and partner in Boardman Oy.  

Marjo Miettinen is one of the founders of the Women in Tech network, which is an organisation network for promoting technology careers for women. 

She has acted also as Chair of Family Business Network, Finland.

Tomas Nyström

Tomas Nyström is the Country Managing Director in Finland. Since joining in 1997 Tomas has held leadership positions both locally and globally in our technology practice. Tomas also serves as the Global Lead for Architecture in Accenture Technology.

Ekaterina

Ekaterina Gianelli

Ekaterina is Partner at Inventure, a Nordic venture capital firm backing early-stage startups. Based out of Helsinki, she leads and manages investments across multiple domains, with a special interest in digital health, femtech, food technology, new materials, and solutions addressing the ageing population. An operator-turned-VC, Ekaterina has been active in the technology space for over 10 years. Previously, she has been part of the team scaling Fjord, the design & innovation consultancy acquired by Accenture Interactive in 2013. She's also worked with product and sales at an advertising technology startup Kiosked.
Ekaterina's passion is helping entrepreneurs succeed. As a former operator, she enjoys working closely with entrepreneurs she backs starting from the earliest stages. In addition, she actively contributes to multiple initiatives strengthening the Nordic tech space, with a special interest in talent development.

Susanna Bairoh

Susanna is Research Manager at TEK (Academic Engineers & Architects in Finland). She is responsible for leading and managing TEK’s research activities and research team. Susanna has 20+ years of experience in conducting various kinds of quantitative and qualitative research projects. Prior to TEK, she worked for several years in market research and consulting company focusing on ICT. Susanna holds a Master of Social Science degree from the University of Helsinki.

Susanna is passionate about improving gender equality, diversity and inclusion in technology and technology workplaces. She has conducted studies on the topic at TEK and with co-operation partners such as universities. Susanna is currently completing her doctoral studies at Hanken School of Economics. Her dissertation focuses on understanding and explaining the gender gap in technology.

Marja Dunderfelt

Marja Dunderfelt has over 20 years of experience in cyber security and information security management. Her work that includes over 10 year of management experience, has entailed problem solving, change management and seeking efficiency in the security area. Her work has regularly put her in charge of organizational changes and managing different situations (critical incidents and crisis) in multinational environments in the telecom and IT leasing sectors. Her areas of expertise are organizational culture, change management, administrative and operational simplicity, efficiency, leadership and employee development. Her educational background includes several studies in business, management, security management, information security management, legal studies. Her goal is to receive an eMBA.

Kenigbolo Meya Stephen

Stephen is a Frontend Engineering Lead at BCaster and doubles as the Arch Conveyor/Community Manager of CodeAfrique, a not-for-profit weekend intensive software engineering Bootcamp for underrepresented groups in IT which was first started off in Estonia. He primarily spends his free time with his daughter, however, sometimes he volunteers as an open-source developer for https://adsbexchange.com, plays golf, and coaches football (soccer as Americans call it)
